hey guys i just installed a non-fouler to one of my o2 sensors and im not sure if i did it to the right one. i dont know much about this car it has headers and dual exhaust that was custom built. i saw a part where there seems to be 2 o2 sensors? so i chose that o2 sensor and put it on one of them. if i put it on the wrong o2 sensor i can always just remove it and reinstall i bought a o2 sensor socket set from amazon. i just have a bad feeling i didnt put it in the right spot since there seem to be 2 o2 sensors my dad was bugging me it should go onto the header but i dont believe so cause in the videos everyone was jacking up the car to do so unless they were doing it on the header part. sorry if im making little sense i dont know too much about cars i got the nonfouler since i had a catylttic defiency code and need to pass inspection

The non-fouler trick is used to reduce the amount of exposure the O2 sensor has to the exhaust. The O2 sensors in the headers should be in the full stream. The O2 sensor down stream is what you use the non-fouler for. The reduced exhaust exposure will make it think it has a working catalytic converter.

thanks i understand that the exhaust **** comes from the headers but i think there are 2 o2 sensors on the header one i can see from the engine bay and one i can see under the car i ddidnt put the non fouler on either i put it on the this other pipe **** where there seem to be two o2 sensors one on each side of the same pipe. so are you saying i have to take off the non fouler and reinstall to the bottom of the header one? where it suppositely replaced the catyltic converter? thanks

you should put the O2 with nonfouler in the DOWNSTREAM sensor locations...after the precats

There is one O2 sensor in EACH header. Do not put the non-fouler on either of those. If you keep following the pipe back you should come to another O2 sensor. That's where you use the non-fouler. Without knowing how your setup is done I can't tell you where it would be. In the stock exhaust it would be in the Y-pipe (FED). The CAL version may have more than one O2 sensor that requires it, I don't know.
