Radio head unit change

Hi guys, I'm new to this website.
I wanna change my radio head unit (the original one with 6 cd changer) because I want one with an auxiliary entry and a usb entry.
Perhaps, sellers from store says that bose speakers aren't compatible with the most popular head unit but I want to change it without changing bose speakers

Can someone help me figure out what head unit I can buy that will be the same sound, but with a different head unit with aux/usb entry?

Thx for the futur answer

You'll need the Metra 70-7551 Amplifier Integration Harness and a head unit with both front and rear preouts. The preouts must be at least 4V or you will not get enough volume for the system.

Something like this if you're looking for single DIN.

You'll also need the Metra Axxess ASWC if you want your steering wheel controls to work.

List of stuff:
Metra : http://www.amazon.com/Metra-Amplifie.../dp/B0007WTF5C
head unit: Kenwood Excelon KDC-X395
sterring wheel acces : http://www.amazon.com/Metra-ASWC-Uni.../dp/B0039H2W66

It doesn't have to be that exact head unit it was just an example but yes. And of course the installation kit of your choice. I believe both Metra and Scosche make one. Make sure it's a Single DIN install kit.
Like this one...

Yup, should be everything you need besides incidentals (tools, solder, shrink tubing, etc.).
