I have a camber problem need help a.s.a.p.

My maxi has a problem with the rear passenger tire it rubs a lot and it looks like positive camber the tires are kinds big but it's not the stock wheels either and it's been lower for twenties but really need to find out if its the camber or not please help!!!!!
