I just did mine and pressed the bushings in using a 1/2" x 5" long threaded bolt. I used big washers and two squares of plywood to press them in - it worked like a charm. The write up says to use a piece of PVC pipe, which would work - but i just used two small blocks of wood inbetween the Trailing arm and the plywood squares (6" x 6").
Nah these are the ES motor mount inserts thanks for the info thoe I'm doing my rear trailing arm bushings in the spring time
