They look to be yellow or gold springs. Yellow would be MaxSpeed springs and gold would be Tein H springs. They are mated up with Tokico Illumina adjustables...

...my best guess would be Tein H.

they are adjustable being white and "illuminas", other tockios for the max that are not adjustable are called Blues and are blue in color.
on being blown or not I would consider that being on h-techs there is a slightly greater possibility of them being blown than if they were paired with less aggressive springs(eibach, h&r, progress) but not that much . And depending on the mileage is another factor.

if you are just looking for shocks, i would just get new or like new illuminas...if you are looking to get lowered... maybe you try this deal...definitely a gamble though.

^ what you mean they don't look like they're adjustable? The adjustment is from the top. Those illuminas are adjustable.

And I wouldn't buy them. They look toasted.

Agreed, he is saying adjustable for the strut stiff or soft, not like you can lower and raise like Coilovers and mess with the Stiffness also......

if you are keeping springs the same and just trying to replace your shocks at the cheapest price then u should just go for Tokico Blues or OEM

search different shocks if you want to look around

Easy way to see if they're blown, is to check for oil at the piston seal. And/or, bring a cordless impact with you and bust off the top nut so you can check the actual rebound on them. The guy should oblige if he's honest. But, in all fairness, it seems that you're basically just gonna be buying springs. I would just wait for someone here to give you a screaming deal.
