i was just thinking while looking at my maxima if it would look cool if i wrapped the door moldings. I think its a okay idea not so crazy about it but I probably wouldnt do this since i want to look like a sleeper. lol
what you guys think?

 

Maybe just plain black vinyl or plastidip? It would be less flashy and still look different.

 

nah i dont like it cause on like the vw they have unpainted black trim it looks cheap

its sterling mist and 02pearlmax is correct and tunermax hahah i just wanted to see the reactions i didnt really want to do it but i thought of it and it didnt sound terrible but id be honest one time i was like what if i remove those things and get body work done and be the only one! then i look it up and someone photoshopped a pic i forget which thread but it was ugly as **** loool

I think it might look good if you had other things to go with it like blacked out rims/sidemarkers/headlights/taillights/etc. But even then only maybe. Do you have a link to the photoshopped pic?

 

i want to do that, but im waiting until work slows down enough to do it at my shop, im going to cut out the incaves and weld a flat peice of sheet metal and fill it with panel bond so that there is no markings and the doors are completly flush and respray, im also going to do the burger.

OP, if your looking for a sleeper look, who wouldnt you just leave them the way they are?? Anything other than completly removing them or leaving the stock is the only way to have a sleeper look.

lol cause im always contemplating if i should do aesthetic mods or just look stock af im always thinking of things i can do to my car so sometimes i just come up with ideas like this or w.e i always wanted to redo my interior with black and white inserts and white shift boot and e brake boot. ima put my extra nissan burger on the interior i already tested it and it looks awesome idk what you guys will think of that cause i think its cool. lol and like i went more stock look when i took off the body kit nismo foglights and the carbon fiber hood and grill and replaced it with the stock parts i had to buy it cause it didnt come with the car when i bought it. but right now that doesnt look stock is my big brake kit, g35 rays rims window spoiler and thats about it.
