Weird idle help...

Hello all. I wanted some input on this, I've been noticing a weird idle on my car its sort of high pitched and drowns out the intake somewhat. I wanted to know if maybe it's a timing belt issue or a pulley or a bearing. I including the clip below for reference.

How many rpms was the engine idling at? Do you have your Service Engine Soon light on? You run 87 octane?

That did not sound healthy. Check the engine oil levels, and inspect your entire exhaust system, especially the front y-pipe to see if the braided flex portion is rotted out or not. Good luck.

the rpms are between 600 to 900, the engine light is on, the codes are two oxygen sensors. the levels are fine the exhaust has no leaks and there is no corrosion either. This happened sort of suddenly the idle issue. also when the car is sufficiently warmed up the car does sort of sputter and feel like it will turn off but it doesnt and there is throttle or heat lag when I step on the gas. This weekend I will clean the EGR and throttle body as well as replace the two oxygen sensors and report back, I was told that it might be a belt as well.

Update...

After I had both oxygen sensors and the Throttle cleaned up the problem seemed to go away, I was still getting some minor power or heat lag after the car was warmed up but nothing like before, the rough idle is essentially gone. I did get a new code however of p0174 and then p0171. Now Wednesday after work I start up my car and it will not go pass 2500 rpms, I was able to drive it but very slow and take it to the mechanic the problem it appears to be was the MAF that was replaced was faulty, since it is within its warranty it is getting replaced at no cost so I dodged a bullet there. So hopefully after I change the MAF the code will be gone. Also the weird Idle noise itself is still persistent. I really do not notice it on the highway more so when the car is idling.

update...

After the new MAF was put in the car is running alot smoother, the start up is fast and it is a lot more responsive. No more heat lag, I am idling now consistently at about 900 to 1000 rpms. Although I still have a code P0174 My fuel economy sucks. I drive mostly highway 40 miles per day 5 days a week and I only get about 22.3 mpg according to my odometer and I usually get 260 to 280 miles per fill up would the code be causing me to get such bad fuel economy? What are everyone elses numbers looking like?

I usually get 24-25 mpg highway. Your idle is still kind of high, should be in the 700-750 range. The thing about still having P0174 is most of the things to check are things you've already checked. I wonder if the high idle might be a clue. Back when I had a P0171 code, I noticed my idle was low, 400-500. I reset the code and it went away for a few months, then I got a P0505. Once I fixed that, no more codes. In other words, it seemed to me the P0171 might have been caused by the IACV going south but still kind of working, just with low idle. So your high idle with P0174 reminds me of what I had, just idle was off in the opposite direction. Anyway, it would be nice to know if your IACV coils are 22 ohms, or if one of them may be dying.
