Water leak on nissan maxima 2000 se

i have this water leak on my maxima right under the right front wheel and i dont what i could be i took some pics and it looks like a plug is completely expose and it feel like something should go there please help me out i really dont know i just got a major service like 2 weeks ago so i dont know. thanks

I'm having a hard time determining the orientation - where that is specifically. In the pick, what you've circled is at the bottom. But, it looks like you A/c drain plug on the fire wall. If its off the fire wall, that's normal. Of course, I've not known this drain to output any water in winter.
