6th Gen Rear SS Lines Work On 5.5?

Working on my 6th Gen BBK right now. I have everything needed, except some of the SS lines. My question was would rear ss lines for a 6th gen work on a 5.5? Or do i have to buy ss lines for the 6th gen for the front & ss lines for the 5.5 for the rear? I have a full set (4) of ss lines for the 6th gen, so i am trying to see if they would work without shelling out more $ for another rear set. Thanks

Edit: I am replacing the rear calipers with new 5.5 ones. The current ones only work when they feel like it, which is almost never!

fwiw I used Goodridge SS lines for the 5.5 Gen front and back, also with a 6th Gen front brake setup.

the threads are the same size. the only problem you might have is the length might be different.

So im figuring if u used 5.5 lines for your 6th gen set-up, i should be fine with the 6th gen lines. I will compare the lengths of the two to see if there is a diff in size. Thanks for the info.

If you already have the brake lines then go out there in test fit if they don't work put back on your old brake lines and bleed brakes
