Best Speedy ECM Repair?

I have the fried STA chip from the IACV issue. I need to drive my car to Florida and back from Connecticut in about 7 weeks and i figure i should definitely fix this before driving 2000+ miles.

I need someone that could fix it quick and have it back to me and hopefully have my car fixed before May 1st. I'm not too worried about price at the moment

Can you solder? If so, just order the chip off eBay http://www.ebay.com/itm/2-PCS-STA509...item231bfcec89 and replace it yourself, that's what I did.

If you can't solder, order the chip and take it to a TV repair shop and ask them to replace the chip.

You'll also need to ohm out the 4 mosfet outputs to the connector to make sure none of the tracks is blown. If you don't see any damage to the board, you may be ok, but ohm it out just to be sure.
