There is display but not sound. I checked the wiring and its all connected snug. Is there an amp fuse? Its stock Bose. My mechanic says I need a new Stereo but since its a TE, the stereo is silver and I dont want to put a different stereo due to color difference. Will I be able to replace the face? I have a I35 Bose Stereo sitting at home. Please help..No music makes the drive lonely!!!

There is a fuse under the hood by the battery that is labeled AUDIO on the cover. Check that.

Bro, just swap the fascia of your old radio to the new one. The radio is the same whether it be the regular BOSE of the TE BOSE so just get the new radio and swap out the faces.

I checked the fuses and they seem ok. I will check with the other stereo and see if it works.
