Motor Mounts and Flex Pipe

I have been hearing some rough noises from my engine area for a while, and suspected it was exhaust related.

My mechanic told me the flex pipe (braided section) is broken. And he attributed it to the fact that my front engine mounts are loose and must be replaced.

Do I need to replace all mounts now that some of them have begun to go bad (car has 191K, mounts are probably still stock).

Any place to buy the mounts? How about the braided flex pipe?

Thanks - Noela

Have dealt and heard About these issues....
1st check or change-sway bar end links in front
2nd check - front and rear motor mounts usually it's those that need to be changed and if you have 191k might as well change if your going to stay with the car..

video would be great tho it could be different things
