tie rod replacement question?

I will be replacing the ball joint and tie rod end outer on the driver side, should I replace the tie rod end on the passenger side also?

same goes for the ball joint also?

Do both, and do wheel alignment once.

If you're asking about the outer tie rod I would suggest doing both of them at the same time. You'll need to have the toe-in adjusted after replacing one or both, might as well do them both. The same would be true for the lower ball joint if that's what you're referring to.
