Need correct part# for solenoid repair kit.

My transmission has the 1 - 2 delayed shift that some people have.

After reading i see that the TCM or solenoid pack in to blame.

I figured i might as well do both so i picked up TCM that has the newest updates and now looking for the correct part # for the solenoid pack.

I found some post where people said to use 31940-80X25 but when i look it up its for the older RE4F04A in a 4th gen maxima and i have the RE4F04B and i know the valve body's are different between those 2.

I just wanted to see if anyone has the correct part# for the solenoid repair kit for the 5th gen maxima with RE4F04B transmission.

Local nissan dealership called back and gave me the correct info.

He says 31940-80X25 is the solenoid repair kit for the RE4F04A transmission used in the 4th gen maxima so fix the 1 - 2 delayed shift.

For the RE4F04B transmission 31940-85X01 was the correct solenoid pack.

But he says nissan came out with a new solenoid pack to replace that one which is 31940-85X0B which fixes my 1 - 2 delayed shift.

Yeah i've been searching for a few days to make sure i had all the correct info.

Here is the TSB for the 1 - 2 delayed shifting issue. http://maxima.theowensfamily.com/tsb/NTB00-039a.pdf

This will ill give you the procedure on how to replace the solenoid.

Ignore the old part# for the solenoid at the bottom since there is a new one now mention in above post.
