Creaking sound from suspension/shaking
-needs 4 and spring struts I know this, the front right one is the most shot which I believe is where the creaking noise is coming from (refer to sound).
-At around 60 MPH steering wheel beings to shake but not a whole lot.
-When slowing down from 70 MPH or so the steering wheel shakes pretty badly. (Rotors?)
The creaking is the worst when slowly going of bumps, couldn't really find any so the video isn't the greatest demonstration..the best you can hear it is right at the beginning and around 1:20-1:30

These cars are known for suspension issues at a fairly a early stage. if not yet replaced, should inspect the struts, strut bearings, bad spring isolators (rubber things between springs and struts), lower control arms, and hub bearings. Not sure what the source of your noise is, but all the aforementioned will contribute to suspension issues and noises. Tie rod ends and ball joints also seem to have fairly high failure rates at this age.
I would say the vibration is rotors.
