Radiator Rest Rust

On a scale of 1-10 how bad is this. And how concerned should just be about the time left in it.

My rust is much worse, I figure I was driving with it that way for at least 3 or 4 years without even knowing it was there, and I'm still driving it a year later, I just go easy on turns and braking and I got a new DD.

Time to get it taken care of. It rusts from the inside-out, so the inside part which you can't see is much worse.
