No power

No power
I have a fifth gen, 2000. It runs rough cold, no power and chokes when I press the gas. It gets better when hot, but no high end power.
I have a new MAF, a new O2 for the front bank, a new gas cap, fuel filter and just put in a new starter (unrelated). New plugs and igniters from 12 months ago. Have not run the car for 2 years much. Check engine light comes on.
