So, my speedo stops working, and I mean the whole thing, the fuel and temp gauges stop working as well, they either freeze in place or just drop. The LCD either displays like a blur mess, or displays nothing at all, I've noticed that if it's cold the speedo works fine, if it's warm it will freeze in place and the LCD will display blurred characters, and if it's very hot, it will all just die. One more thing, the warning lights still function, like the SES light, and the low fuel light. BTW there are no codes related to this, I just have one code present and it's the EGR valve.

What could be the issue with this? I've checked all the traces behind the speedo's PCB, and they all seem fine.

There have been some problems with the cable connections to the cluster. Have you tried cleaning the contacts?
