I don't have a 2002 yet but I know other members would probably like to have a copy of it posted on the TSB sticky thread.

Could you scan it and post it on the TSB sticky thread for other 2002 owners?

Sure, I'll track it down, but I don't have a web page I can post it and put a link to in the sticky thread. I can forward it to anybody who does, though...
