Rear Licnese plate screw holders

I need to replace my license plate. WHen trying to break free the rusted screws, once of them popped and now spins in the hole. What I can tell is that Nissan in their infinite wisdom has put a proprietary round 1" piece of threaded plastic embedded in the trunk lid, presumably pressed and snapped into place.

So I need to replace the plastic screw holder. None of the auto parts stores have this part. The Nissan dealer parts professional said "Uh I don't even see a listing for it. Maybe you could try a body shop". So I don't know what this thing is even called, or where to get them. My search on the web has been nothing but frustration. Anyone dealt with this before, or have advice?
