Progress Srings Or H&r??

Progress Srings Or H&r??
which would you guys pick the progress springs or the H&R?Progress lower it like 2-inches.. and the H&R 1.4 inches... I am planning on putting 19's on the car as well.. which ones would you guys pick? I am sure this has been answered before but sorry.. I have to decide before tomorrow I wanted to elimiate the gap as much as possible, but keep the car from scraping.. You think with the H&r's it will take most of the gap away ? w/ my 19's THANKS! GUYS!

P.S.
Should I get the Tokico shocks??

progress and tokico's are not a good match, get the progress with kyb's or something.

H&R's..the drop isnt tooo dramatic but its fine for me cause i have the ninja kit on my car. everyone who has H&R's are pretty much satisfied with the ride and look of their car. H&R with tokico should be a fine match. i might get that setup sometime.

I have that setup and have no problems or ride quality issues whatsoever ...
