I had a problem since I bought my Max a few years ago. However, recently swapped out all shocks and struts and replaced by KYB. Still have issue where car rattles at high way speeds. Any idea of what the issue may be

Imbalanced wheel/tire or axle (prob former)

 

Had Toyota that shook like a VW bug every time it got out on the highway. Turned out to be a broken belt in one the tires. Hard to find and an alignment didn't fix it.

 

I'll look into the wheel imbalance issue

 

I'm gonna guess tires too. Just changed mine that were cracked and vibrated above 100kph. New set, vibration gone.

 

+1 for tires.

I have the same thing in my 4th gen at around 65-70 mph. The only thing I haven't replaced on the front end is the control arm bushings. So that'd be my second guess.

 

I think it's tires too. What is the condition of your tires?
