lol pretty sure you can't get a pump for 20 bucks shipped. i don't even have the kind of money to replace the pump.

i've seen several videos on YT of people rebuildignthem. 1 was soem dude who just had the seal kit like me and the other was shop in japan they had it out a rebuilt in like 40 minutes, totally crazy, in that video they had the seal kit and a new bearing.

with out knowing where to get one my other option is to dissemble and order by a new one by the marking on the bearing inside the pump and do a Google search, usually by I.D and O.D. but, some times there are marking on the bearings that are useful.

it's easier to get one a head of time so the pump isn't left apart for a week.

EDIT: HOLY HELL! How is that 411HP build treating you?

Wow if you only have $20.00 to spend on making a repair it may be time to re-evaluate your financial situation. However most of us have been there....

Napa has a rebuild kit but it doesn't look like it includes the bearing.
P/S Pump Seal Kit
Part Number: NPS 73714
Product Line: NAPA Power Steering Parts

Contents : (4) O-Rings, Retainer, Metal-Clad Seal, (2) Washers, Gasket

Just remember trying to save money may cost you more in the long run. You may end up buying $40.00 in parts and if it doesn't work, you botch the job, or the pump fails; you are out $40.00 and still need to buy a new pump.

Best of luck

well it's not too bad since i'm living with my parent's. they were able to swing the money to get the car, i couldn't imagine ever getting a car this nice so i wan't to maintence it and slowly repalce parts that are or will get worn since it's so old in hope of getting 300k or better. maybe it's stupid but, it's cheaper than a new car if do it a little at a time but, some times reality is a *****.

at aren't broke the hard way before. so i'm a little Leary about it but, if the Japanese guy i'm trying to take care or things maintenance before they go bad. i have to pull it to replace the high pressure line any ways.

i've learned about fixing things that aren't broke the hard way before. I thinking if the Japanese guy can do it in an hour, surely i can take my time clean it and rebuild at the very least with new seals. it can't to muhc worse than some of laptops or small honda motor cycle engines i've worked with before.

if i fail it's even more labor and money... if i succeed maybe i learn something or have longer lasting pump.

Thanks i'll take all the luck i can get.
