where can i get a pressure power steering hose?

I'm in need of a pressure power steering hose for a 2001 maxima, I found some OEM for 170! That's a little to high for a hose for me, I found some on eBay for 40-100$ but are aftermarket, how are those compared to OEM? I hear those hoses whine loud is that true? Anyways if someone knows where I can find these hoses for a good price it would be great

People say you should go with OEM. I got one from rockauto for my 00 and it worked fine. I guess the question is do you want cheap hose or one that does not make sounds.

I went OEM on mine. Perfect fit, of course, and no noise. Came complete with a new sensor. Got it for a great price (including shipping) from nissanpartsasap.com

I got recommended gates by another org member/local guy here because gates makes the hyraulic hoses that they use at work so I figured it was a safe bet.

I did not drive the car much after I replaced it. For the little I drove it, it did not have any noises.

just Google. most heavy construction equipment are hydraulic and need to be serviced occasionally. They are all over. there are pirtek which is a chain. make sure you bargain with them because they make up the pricing in such situations.
