yeah... I really wanted to put a complete exhaust system with hearders,b-pipe but my car is getting old and i go the cheap way

I did this as well. I had already gutted my bank 2 precat when I realized how much of a pain it would be to get to the bank 1 precat and wasn't too thrilled about one bank flowing more than the other.

Did you guys do anything to make sure your bank 2 precat seals at the manifold after the crush washer is no longer in play? I did not want to have to take it all back apart to fix a leak so I made a gasket from some gasket material I had.

I just used some of the red RTV sealant, I've never had an exhaust leak, and it's been almost 10K miles sense I installed everything.

Also, I didn't find it too difficult to get the downpipe section out that contained the second precat. The job probably took a little over an hour from start to finish to install my Walker precat. I also have a lift, and a wide selection of tools at my disposal, so that helped.
