Help

Hey I'm new here and I have a 2002 max 3.5se and I was Tryna do my own timing chain and guide repair...I did not mark my cam shafts and they moved a lot...how can I get them back on time to where I don't have to take my whole head off or bend my valves?...I been reading the chilton repair manual and it's kinda vague

The Nissan service manual has that info. The timing chain installation starts on page 32, but you want to look at step 7 on page 33.
