Burger delete?
Was wondering if there is a How to for the front grill. I want to put my stock grill on for the Winter. (I think the mesh one will pack with snow.) But I don't like the quarter pounder on there. And one have a write up on it?

I mis read your question, CMod gril is the best option, I personally cut mine out and bondo/fiberglassed a new piece in after seeing another member do the same. Pic is below just painted blacck nothing fancy. You can also refer to this thread as well as others in the search menu...http://forums.maxima.org/5th-generat...ll-02-max.html
Also a pic of the Cmod grill painted body color

I don't wanna do any bondo/fiberglass work... It's getting to cold now. I like the cmod a lot.... Maybe pick that up and keep it on in the spring when I send the car into paint.

Keep the burger
I plasti dipped my stock grill black and skipped the burger. I think that black is really nice against most colours and the burgur contrasts nicely against the mate black.
As for a how to if you have a 02-03 it is pretty simple. Remove the clips above the grill. Then you can bend the bumper a little just so you can see the 4 bolts (10mm I think)
If you are an 00-01 I am pretty sure you need to remove the front bumper

Keep the burger. I contemplated going the cmod route after pulling it to paint black. After spraying it I sat it back in and it looked good on the black. Just my opinion. You could always check out those mesh grilles as well.

+ 1for the dip. I dipped the grill more than a year ago and it still looks good. Dont like it than just peel it. IMO the burger should stay, cuz when you step on the throttle and ppl look they go shiet its a nissan.
