Hi, Here is some info about the rattling noise from passenger side..

Recently I've heard rattling noise intermittently from eng(passenger side) when I accelerate, especially 1200-1500 rpm range . I examined the blower moter by tapping it. Alright !!! that was it. seems like the bearing of the motor worn out.

So, I've replaced it with 4th gen maxima's blower motor. It fits perfect!(no mods required!) and much cheaper.
