Fog light, Side marker, Trunk light don't work
Hey guys, a few months back my left fog light and my left side marker AND my trunk light stopped working. So I thought it was the bulbs so I replaced them right away and that ended up not being the problem. So I looked through my fuses and not a single one was burnt out so I'm here scratching my head. Any ideas?

Just an FYI, you should fill out the vehicle info in your profile so people don't have to search your posts to find out what year your car is.
Did you do anything, have anything done, or did anything happen to the vehicle immediately prior to these three lights going out?
There is no common link between the fogs, front parking light, and trunk lamp. Being they're all just bulbs and have relatively simple circuits, diagnosis should be easy.
Starting with the easiest to get to, the trunk lamp, it's grounded through the trunk lamp switch and powered through one of the fuses that powers the SECU. If you have no other interior issues, I wouldn't expect to see a blown SECU fuse. First thing I'd do is pull the bulb and check the power feed (R/B wire), should be hot all the time. Then check your ground side (PU/Y wire), if you're not getting a good ground at that point try working the trunk lamp switch repeatedly, could be a bad contact internally.
For the fog lamp, both left and right are powered at the same point, from the fog lamp relay. There's a splice inside the fuse box where they split off to left and right sides. If the right side is powered, the left side should be also. As above, check for the power feed at the B/OR wire, and ground at the B wire.
For the sidemarker, both sidemarkers and both parking lamps inside the headlights are all powered from the same feed. Check the power feed on the R/Y wire, and ground on the B wire.
You should be able to figure out what's going on in a matter of 5 minutes with a DMM or a test light.

Tracing electrical is unfortunately difficult. Don't assume that all three are caused by the same problem. I was thinking the fog and turn signal are due to a bad ground. Have you tried adding a secondary ground to see if that resolves the problem? The trunk lid could also be a ground problem but just a different one. Hope this helps.
