Does this sound like a bad IACV?

Some of these symptoms may or may not be related:

If the car sits for a few days, sometimes when I start it seems to misfire and idle low for a just a second or two.

The other day, I went to get lunch. When I came out the car would start and immediately die. Did this 3 times until the third time I pressed the gas and it ran fine.

This morning after driving for a few minutes, at a stop light it felt like it wanted to die. Gave it gas and it cleared up.

The only codes I have are:

P0158 and P0159 which are for a lazy O2 sensor

I have another code I can't remember the number for an EGR Temp Circuit.

I have had these codes for a while now. I am thinking I have a IACV on the way out?
