Electronic motor mounts

So I just recently purchase a 00 maxima and I believe my rear mount went bad. It's an automatic so I think front and back mounts are electronic. So my question is do I really have to purchase the mounts that are electronic instead of going with the non electronic ones. Would leaving them unplugged damage anything I would appreciate some feedback ASAP.

If you get the non-electronic ones, you will have to get used to a "rougher" idle... My car the glove box shook like mad but easily fixed by adding foam

Been problem free for about a year now

Rougher idle is bull****. I replaced mine w/ maunual mounts w/ polyurethane inserts naturally it vibrates a little bit with the stiffer material, but by no means is the idle rough.. Go ahead and get the non electric mount. One less electrical PITA to worry about.

You are an idiot george, you have solid 80a durometer polyurethane mounts, it is nowhere near the same as having oem rubber mounts that are non electric.

You don't have to pay arm-and-leg for electronic mounts.

There is a place in South San Francisco that sells all four mounts (two of them electronic) for ~ $185. They also advertise on E-bay, but you can contact them directly. The name is "Remarkable Power xxxsomething", and the phone number is 650-452-6009.

I have NOT bought their mounts (not yet), so I can't provide reference re. quality, but I plan to buy from them when the time comes. I have talked to them, and they will sell you single mounts or the entire set. I live close enough to just drive up and pick up the goods myself .....

Their parts numbers are:
• A7306EL Front Mount With Solenoid
• A4322EL Rear Mount With Solenoid
• A7304 Right Mount
• A7303 / EM8959 Transmission Mount
