idle screw

I snapped off the head of my idle screw. Nobody sells just the idle screw. I was told I have to buy the throttle body. Is there away around this? I have a 2001 Maxima.

If the dealership won't sell just the screw then take a trip to a junkyard. Thats all I can think of.
