OBX Version 2 Headers O2 Sensor Relocation

Since I had to plug the Rear Bung on OBX II Headers due to clearence near steering rack. I have an open Blue Sensor with 4 Wires (2 White 1 Gray 1 Black). I have Code P0037 due to this open sensor. I tried a Resistor between the 2 White wires but the code came back. Does anybody have a fix for this besides install another Bung port?

Sounds like you need an o2 simulator (otherwise known as an o2 sim). do a search on here for more info on them.

02 sim

I went to the site for the O2 SIM and explained my issue. And they suggested the Resistor only which I installed between the 2 white wires that did not work. They now suggest that I reconnect the Sensor and attach it to the car body. I will have to puchase a new sensor to try this since the other went to be recycled with the stock exhaust!

The front o2 sensors have to be plugged in (x2)

the rear o2 sensors need to be simulated or via anti-fouler method (x2) - install guide (http://forums.maxima.org/5th-generat...tallation.html)

I hope it is not a lite blue plug because your primary o2 NEEDS to be plugged in and in the stream. Just have a new bung welded 90 degrees toward the passenger side of the car. Problem easily solved.
