Bad 02 Sensor.
Depends on whether you have a fed spec or Cali spec.
On a Fed spec car, the sensor is located in the exhaust pipe after the main catalytic converter.
If the car is a Cali spec, it is in the y-pipe.

I changed both downsteam O2 sensors with "Bosch Premium Oxygen Sensor with OE SmartLink". Wire colors matched perfectly, no problem with fit. For $30 more you can get the same sensor with a plug.
15727 is what you want. Sensor 2 is called a downstream sensor and that's what the 15727 part is. It is a universal sensor, meaning that you have to splice wires, so bank 1, bank 2, Cali spec, Fed spec have no meaning.
Personally, I'd go to rockauto.com and order the Bosch # 13969 sensor for $43.79. It has the correct Nissan plug on it so no splicing is needed.

No, look at the diagram again. It's your rear sensor for bank #1.
138 = max voltage monitoring of sensor 2 from bank #1
139 = response monitoring of same sensor as above
Both codes mean that particular sensor is dead/dying.
