I ordered some new illumines for my i30 and i wanted to know can i use my 10 month old eibach springs(on my current struts)???

Springs are not typically a maintenance thing. When springs go bad and need replacing, it's after they break. Which is very rare.

Absolutely. Should look at replacing rubber spring isolators and maybe the top bearing. But only if you hadn't already done so on the prior install.
