Tire question~

guys, just a little question and the matches between the rims and tires, my friend is getting 16*7 rims for his sentra, and he is getting the 205/55-16 tires, is this a good match, cuz it's the match that tirerack.com had gave him, need ur opinions, thanks

First off, what year sentra and what is the stock tire size and rims?

Then go to http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html And enter the info there, and try to get a tire size that will be the closest to a ZERO % in speedo error.

He will be fine. Just make sure the offset on his new rims are within spec for his Sentra.

You can get away with tires as wide as 225mm & can go down to xxx/50 -16's tires (height).
