Hello everyone.
Ive recently replaced the catalyst converters, valve covers, coils and plugs now I get a p0011 code for the intake valve timing control solenoid and still getting a lil smoke could this solenoid cause my car to smoke? 2002 maxima se 6 speed. Added some lucas oil treatment tonight and it seems to help with the smoke. I read that the itvts solenoid controls oil flow just curious if anyone has any input on this issue. really hoping not to have any valve work done shop wants a grand to do the job they say it calls for 18hs labor and seals are next to nothing. Any help is greatly appreciated. thanks everyone have a good week
