Diagnostic help: blower motor, etc.

Hi, I need help from all those more intelligent than me!

'02 Max with auto climate control... Yesterday the air stopped working completely. Doesn't kick in on any fan or temp settings. Went to the junkyard and got a '02 Infiniti replacement and installed it with no problem. Still nothing!

I'm about to go get a new resistor , but I don't think that's the problem? I located the two blower motor fuses and they all look intact? Maybe I bought a faulty replacement? Am I missing something?

Thanks in advance for all your responses!

believe it or not, it is as simple as replacing the resistor if you have no blower function you will find it to be the resistor ... I have replaced mine twice over the years I have owned the car. Do be careful and get the correct one as there is one for the manual function (ones with the slide temp. control) and a second one for the car with the digital display. Here in Ontario the dealer price last time I needed one were 50.00 for the manual slide units, and 151.00 for the digital display units. The resistor is very simple to replace as it is held in with two philips screws and is located right beside the blower motor (no need to remove the blower motor to get access to the resistor) ... scrap yards up here sell the resistor for around 60-70 bucks.
