I'm having a hard time trying to figure out what the problem could be. My 01 maxima is giving me a hard time when i try to star it when is hot( like when i stop and 5 min later i try to star it) the engine stars for a sec or two and shuts off, after 3 or 4 times giving some gas i can barely keep it on and after that it works but the rpm are kind off low. 2 days ago stared to do it on red lights, once or twice on my conmute to work(about13 miles), so far no codes, every help is welcome

 

When was the last time you change the sparkplugs? Check camshaft and crankshaft Position sensor.

 

Like 2 years ago but i got ngk platinum so i don't think thats the problem

 

Also the problem comes and go, it's really driving me nut's
