TPMS/Tire Valve Alternative

Hey org, I just picked up a set of 2nd Gen G35 wheels that are going to be going on my 02 Maxima. The seller kept his TPMS sensors to go with his replacement wheels, so the wheels are without TPMS or tire valves.

The question is, is there a way to avoid buying new complete sensors since the Maxima doesn't use TPMS, and if so, what am I looking for?

My mom always told me there's no such thing as a stupid question, but I realize that I probably seem to be trying pretty hard to prove her wrong with this question, but bear with me please.

P.S.: Yes, I searched.

What kind of opening is in the rim for the valve stem? Is it a round opening approx a half inch? If so, that is the stand opening that a non-TPMS would use. Just go to a tire store and have them install what ever type of valve stem you like.

That sounds spot on and that's exactly the answer I expected and was looking for. I just wasn't sure if I needed to get the stem portion of the TPMS or if a standard tire stem would work. Good deal. I'll have the tire shop install some if they have them or I'll swing by o'reilly on my way there or something. Thanks for the response.
