Clutch adjustment

Does anyone know wich way is to bring the clutch lower? Clock or counter clockwise?

And why is my clutch pedal sometimes firm and sometimes not? Just had a clutch kit and new flywheel put it.

you can not adjust the clutch pedal nor the clutch since it's actuated by clutch hydraulic slave cylinder. not like the old days with the clutch fork with a screw by a cable lever.
