Wide Wheels Advice Please!!!

I am trying to decide on which wheels I should get for my 02 I35. I have been looking at xxr 521 gold and silver or xxr 527 silver with Megan EZ racing coilovers. For the size of the wheel I was thinking of 18x10 or 18x9.75. What do you think? Will it rub when Lowered? Do these wheels fit?

its possible that it might rub while turning, if it does get some spacers.

Try modeling them here. http://www.rimsntires.com/specspro.jsp

You can put in current profile and what you want to go to. You'll have to get under your car to measure your strut/wheel clearance but this was a big help when I did mine.

Offset is key when going wide.

That and suspension (coilovers are a must). You'll need some stretched tires as well.

For an I35, 521s would look better IMO.

the wheels will fit and you're good with 10 all around but that's assuming you're running a stretch and your suspension isnt all bouncy

Like everyone said you will want to stretch them tires and you will most definitely need to roll the fenders. I like both rims it just needs to be pulled off in the right way! I imagine you will have rubbing in the rear. With my current setup 18x8 with 20mm spacers I have burned up tires by being to low lol. The front you can adjust camber a little to avoid rubbing. Craziest I have seen on a maxima is 18x11 on a 5th gen but he had his fenders pulled and rolled like crazy.

This dude is running 19x10

Then there is the 18x9.75 527's
