Take off the inside door panel and see if the window moves at normal speed. Sometimes the rubber strip creates too much drag on the glass.

mine works the same way, is not normal, but I got used to it. I was told once that having the tints on the car could affect it, I was like OK.

I also got used to mines being slow lol.
The tints have nothing to do with it, mines were like this before i tinted as well.

What Lontar1 was told is true. Some window tint film has a higher co-efficient of friction than the glass and so the extra drag on the weather strip slows down the window.

I cured both of my front windows from this issue buy sourcing two rubber glass runs pn80336 and 80335 used...
I changed regulators and motors to no avail.... But those did the job you'll also need the other rubber/fleece pieces clipped on the door panel and the door along the outside of the glass, imo those two lil pieces cause the most friction since mine were old and stiff and the new ones were more flexible and soft, not to mention all the crap i used on the up and down runners, grease etc...
