Dome light flickering

I have noticed for a while now when I turn off the car and open the door, the dome light flickers. Also to me the lights on the doors are very dim almost brown color. Any ideas?

Nope. It is not an off and on flicker. Just random changes in brightness. Been doing it for about a year now. Where are the grounds for interior elec?

Is your dome light a regular bulb or a LED? I don't know anything about the electrical, but take a look at this thread (it may help).

Regular bulb. I found the FSM and found the grounds. 2 of 3 are inaccessible. ( under dash below a-pillars. One is by fuse box. I will try checking it.

Have you tried replacing the bulb on the dome light? Also, make sure you read that thread I linked to in my last post. Guy on there had a dim/flickering issue, too.
