Also, water pump, oil pump timing chain and guide kit. this is tricky i hear the aftermarket water pumps usually fail unlike OEM, might guess the same of aftermarket oil pumps. wonder if any one sells a kit with all OEM?

usually people are like no don't get that art get this part here is why. hey that header kit sucks get that one instead. x, y and z would be good places to get a seat cover etc etc.

i realized i forgot to state WHY i was posting all this. lack of sleep and all the crazy chaos is probably robbing me of sanity.

Well; it's obvious you should get the OBX headers over the others. I'd just get a 5th gen muffler.

Subframe bushings. I'd say save your $$ and use metal washers, there are threads on that around here.

FSTB, meh, I had one, removed it for an IM, and never put it back on when I removed the IM. It couldn't hurt.

Yellow tops aren't all that, you should read about Optima batteries, really aren't more "reliable" than other brands. I've heard more than once, actually several times that Optaima's don't last nearly as long as other even off brands.

usually the seat is replace entirely since I never heard of fixing a foam, since when they are breaking down you can't fix it. I would love to hear how you can get it fix. As far as tranny cooler that's is part of the radiator unless you are adding on for added cooling protection.

i'm still on the fence with the optima, http://ls1tech.com/forums/general-ma...a-battery.html

it seems desulferation can go a long ways.

for the seat foam, i've seen dad do them when he used to work at the interior shop. you take down parts of the foam that is degrading and "splice" in new foam, using a sculpting technique. he has had an umber of compliments form customers on his work before. once they even put in a gel pad in the center of foam seat. (supposed to be super comfy).

mean while all the threads on the cover are slice with razer, the varios section pulled apart and traced with chalk on a sheet on vynel and then sewed up by the sewing man, very expensive and time consuming. it's easier to get a new or good cover and just do the foam.

what about the timing chain assembly kits? i might surmise the $200 kits on ebay maybe questionable.

yeah i didn't know it it hooked in to the rad. yeah added protection.
