LH Side Airbag replacement- Advice?

I got the flashing airbag code for a LH (driver side) side airbag open circuit. I payed the dealership to reset it once and now its back on... I have the FSM and the steps appear fairly straight forward to replace it... I have to remove the leather and foam from the seat back. Anyone ever done this? Tips?

No that has been taken care of. This light is for the airbag in the drivers seat for side impact.

The Takata scandal is just beginning and they are the biggest supplier of airbags.
