LED (L.E.D.) in Climate Control Slider
Hi all,
First, I did do a search, found no answers. I replaced the bulbs in the climate control last weekend, and now see that the LED (l.e.d.) in the temperature slider looks really dim. I noticed that when I pulled the slider **** off, there's a green LED under there, mounted right in the metal post for the slide itself.
Before I do anything stupid, can anyone tell me if that LED is replaceable? If so, how?
Oh, in case there's any confusion, it's the manual climate control.
Thanks,
Jack

No soldering needed just pull out the old LED and you can replace with a new LED 3mm or smaller. Just make sure you cut the leads to the proper length, too short, an connection will not be made. Also, you wil have to test for polarity as LEDs are sensitive to that. So if it does not work one way, pull out rotate 180 degrees and re-insert.
