Idle re-learn ANYtime TB is disconnected?

Hey everyone,

I've done much searching and have not seen an answer to this specific question. I apologize in advance if it's out there and I missed it.

Will the Idle re-learn procedure etc need to be performed if I disconnect the TB electrical connectors? No plans to clean or otherwise mess with it (yet) but I'm getting set to do the plugs on this pig ('03 6MT) and as you know the UIM and other associated stuff must be removed in order to do the rear bank.

What's the word on this? Does simply unplugging the electrical connectors trigger the need for the pedal dance or would this only be the case if I cleaned it or moved the throttle blade? (which I am not planning to do).

Thanks.
