can i get them replaced at the dealership for free? my terminals are cracked, the positive cover and the negative terminal it's self.

If it is truly a recall, the dealer will supply the part and install it for free.
Just because someone on ebay says it is a recall, I would double check that. I personally have not heard of this before.
