Struts and rotors

If i replace front struts and rotor with brake pads, will it mess up the alignment? I know the back ones should be fine right?

I've done struts and it really never changes much as long as the strut spindle mount holes are elongated....Rotors have nothing to do with your alignment dude....

Rotors won't affect your allignment im anyway. Ive also changed struts without needing an alignment after. But they say when you change any suspension component have an alignment done. Good luck with changing the parts!

I've wondered the same when changing the struts since I'm about to do a major suspension rebuild, replacing everything from strut mount to ball joints to control arm bushings. Usually I thought when messing with tie rod ends which usually end up having an alignment done.

tie rod ends just count how many turns you spin the old one off and spin the new one on the same. you still should get the toe set properly afterwards but by counting turns it wont be off much

struts are hit n miss. some vehicles like Subaru replacing struts affects the camber adjustment, some cars it doesnt matter

An alignment these days is what, 35$? That's what I remember paying last time.

Might as well just take it in afterward.

The only place in my area that can get the car up wants $85 + tax (total = $96.05 CAD) for alignment.

Maybe... But I doubt mine is that bad since I've done so many alignments in the past year ><
